Work&Trip Exchange International works with the host company and trainee to arrange visa sponsorship, required insurance and provides program support for individuals to complete on-the job-training assignments in the United States. Wrok&Trip EI has partnership with Exchange Agencies and Universities from all over the world, mostly in Europe, where there is a second office in Cherkassy-Ukranine, and South America, where there is a third office in Sao Paulo-Brazil.

PROFESSIONAL

The Program is up to 18-month practical learning experience related to your course of study and your career development objectives.The Program offers you the opportunity to come to the USA to participate in a structured training program with a U.S. company. Agriculture, Architecture, Business, marketing, Computer sciences and others.Must have completed a degree or professional certificate outside the US and have 1 year related work experience outside the US or 5 years of related work experience...

We also organise rural work placements in Brazil, otherwise called training and educational programmes, whether you would like to gain first-hand knowledge, skills, training and experience in crop production, dairy management, horticulture, sugar cane, coffee, soybeans, wheat, rice, corn, sugarcane, cocoa, citrus and beef or any other land-based discipline, then we are here to help you realise your potential.The program is available to 3, 6 or 12 months of paid internship.

FIRST STEP

Apply Now

If you are interested in hosting an Intern or Trainee at your business, please complete our “Contact form”. The hosts must be able and agree to abide by all program rules and regulations set forth by the sponsors. As a host, you must be prepared to provide participants adequate housing and cultural exchange opportunities and make available a means of communication.

SECOND STEP

Position Informations

After confirmed the eligibility of the company as business host, The host business must to provide the information of the position offered. So, we'll help you find a trainee/intern that matches the opportunity that you offer. THIRD STEP

Select Applicants

Once your hosting application has been approved, Our team will carefully selects applications to match your needs in order to help you find a trainee/intern that matches the opportunity that you offer. We can also arrange interview via telephone or Skype between the applicant and the host business.You can choose one of our applicants or let us provide a program for someone you already know! also host more than one participant at a time.

FOURTH STEP

Training/Internship Placement Plan

Once you select an applicant, you must cooperate with us to prepare a Training/Internship Placement Plan (DS-7002).The DS-7002 must be signed by both you and the applicant, and must describe all activities that the trainee/intern will do at your business.

FIFTH STEP

Candidate visa application

Once the DS-7002 has been signed, we will prepares a Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor (DS-2019), it will be issued through the appropriate sponsor partner for your field of activity. The candidate will receive the documents needed to apply for visa permission including appropriate insurance.

SIXTH STEP

Instructions of arriving

The company must to inform the arrival information to the candidate including the Preferred arrival date, airport, time and place where the candidate will be picked up.The program can be up to 18 months and the participants have 30 days following program completion to exit the U.S. The process from your selection of an applicant to visa issuance and arrival can take weeks or even months due to many factors, including shipment delays, consular appointment availability, etc. sent the available position as soon as you can !.
